My first day at my new job, I was treated out to lunch at Acanto http://www.acantochicago.com/. I love Italian food so, naturally I was excited to try to food at this restaurant. I ordered the Risotto with chicken and let me tell you…..it was pleasing to the eye as see in the picture above, warmed me up in the cold February month and tasted absolutely divine. The risotto was cooked to perfection, the kale/spinach was crunchy and the chicken was so tender, absolutely divine to eat.
This ristorante and wine bar is intimate and cozy with a simple yet elegant ambiance plus the best part was the food was phenomenal that I cleaned my plate all by myself…uber delish!
