Happy Hour in London or the Roaring 20s anyone??? That's how I felt when I attended the sneak preview for a soft tasting at the newly renovated Hubbard Inn. We got to try the all-new menu and enjoy the lavish ambiance. My two favorite items on the menu were the prosciutto-wrapped dates and the fresh Oysters which are only a $1 for Happy Hour every Monday-Friday from 4-6 pm!
The first level is a swanky posh restaurant for dining with a 360 bar, the second floor is the Blue Violet Chicago event space that is uber Instagramble with English decor that has florals dripping down from the ceiling, decadent wall murals and plush sofas, and the third floor is a private space for live events to dance the night away. Each floor is uniquely curated with various themes and I'm so excited to have our company holiday party at the Blue Violet Chicago in the new year.
